Nov 16 - Wow, what a regular season! Congrats to the girls on earning a fantastic 9-1-0 record! I'm so proud of this team's accomplishments and I'm looking forward to more great things in District Cup as well as the Cassy Rowe Benefit Tournament.

Oct 18 - All boo-fest info is now posted. Check it out HERE. We came out on the short side of the game on Saturday, but the girls played great. I was actually quite pleased with what I saw throughout the game and I thought we were the better side on the field. We'll continue to work on finishing and a couple other things at practice and next time we'll put a couple in the back of the net!

Oct 12 - Another great win over the weekend! We're officially moving up to division 'D'. I just updated the schedule page with the latest info. We’re playing Prospector SWAT at 1:00pm Saturday at Rasmussen Park in Cameron Park. As always, please be there 45min before the game. You might remember them from the first game of the ARYSL Gold Rush. We tied 2-2, so we should be in for another fun game!

Directions to Rasmussen Park are as follows: HWY 50 to Cameron Park Drive. Left on Cameron Park Drive. When you reach the Cameron Park Airport on your left, look for Mira Loma Drive on your right. Right on Mira Loma. Entrance to park through gate. We’re playing on Rasmussen East, which is the back field in the park.

Also, we will likely cancel Tuesday practice if we get the downpour that our area is expecting. I’ll send a confirmation email Tuesday around noon.

Sep 29 - Wow, what a weekend! Congrats to all of the girls for a well-earned 2nd place! It made me quite proud to see the team fight through to the final game. I'm really looking forward to celebrating with the girls and some ice cream after Saturday's game. Please make sure your girls bring their medals Saturday. We need a team picture with everyone there to commemorate our outstanding achievement.

Sep 11 - It's opening day tomorrow! Our game is at Fair Oaks Elementary at 9:00am. Be there at 8:15am in our yellow unis. Full details on the Schedule page.

Aug 31 - Thanks for a fun tournament. I know it was a tough weekend, but we had a very strong bracket to play in. It's always a good opportunity to play teams like 49er United Blitz and Roseville Zoom and we definitely took away some key learnings from each of our games.
SCHEDULES: Our regular season schedules will be distributed on Tuesday evening at the Metro coaches meeting. I'll post everything Wed.
PICTURES: Our slot for pictures is 5:30pm this Wednesday at Fair Oaks Park. Be there at 5:15pm SHARP ready to go in full uniform (WHITE) including shin guards/cleats. They won't wait for stragglers, so please be on time. Thanks!

July 26 - Fantastic job in the seeding tournament, ladies! I'm very proud of how we played. I'm looking forward to the season in the next higher division. Should be fun.

June 8 - Congratulations on a successful tournament! Thank you for your support and commitment to the girls. I know it was a long day for everyone – parents and players alike. We learned some valuable lessons, to include the experience of playing comp teams such as Sac United and San Juan as well as the excitement of winning the U8 division! I’m very proud of the girls – way to go!

A reminder – practice times are changing this week to 6:30pm. Also, some breaking news: Corey was able to get control of the sprinklers for the field at Fair Oaks Elementary, so we should see some improvement in the conditions over the next couple of weeks.

April 23 - The community garage sale is Saturday! Shifts start at 6:30am at Fair Oaks Park. We have space #2. See you there!

Indoor Update: We've got a double-header on Saturday (4/25). First game is at 3:10...second game is at 4:00pm. Both games are against the Rebels. See you there!
